Shea Bros. replaced my sewer lateral in a timely manner. They went out of their way to get the needed permits quickly from the city as well as the needed locates for water and gas. They got the job done in a day, after getting the permits and locates. Although straight forward, they had to dig through a lot of tree roots which they had no problem with. So, no more wastewater issues, knock on wood. Price for this type of job was good too. And they're happy to answer any questions you may have.

We had a damaged drain cleanout that had been punched down into the waste drain of our residential property by heavy equipment used for commercial fibre cable installation. Our front yard is beautifully landscaped, and we were fretting over the likely damage this excavation and repair would cause.
Shea Bros arrived and did a precision hydro/vacuum excavation after removing a small square of sod. Once down about 9 feet the damaged “T” was removed and repaired with a new cleanout to the surface.

We ended up with sewage water in our basement and learned that the sewage line on our property was clay pipes. The clay pipes (installed when our home was built in the 1920's) had roots coming through the seams.
