President

Daryl brings 25 years of vast knowledge in sewer, watermain and excavation work in the residential, municipal, and commercial sectors. As a civil engineering graduate from St. Clair College, he has been leading both Shea Bros. Drainage and Shea Rock Construction Group in the manufacturing and construction sectors for over eight years. His core expertise include project management, construction management, and innovative product development. He has also partnered with various municipalities, utilities, and contractors to deliver customized and quality services throughout his career. No stranger to hard work, Daryl endeavours to ensure that each and every customer is satisfied with their projects being completed on time, every time and under budget. His work ethic is unparalleled, and we are so proud to have him as our leader. We may not see him every day as he is out there blazing the way for new and amazing products to help the industry with cutting edge ideas that eliminate manhole safety incidents and save North American taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars. His motivation is to create positive impacts on the communities and the environment through his work, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams he works with.

Jenn Rocheleau

Office Manager

Jenn Rocheleau, is our Office Manager. She keeps the office humming and makes sure we have everything we need to do our jobs effectively. Jenn wears multiple hats and handles a wide range of responsibilities, and she does it with style and grace. Oh, and she’s a remarkable event planner. She puts on some amazing events for the company we all love the effort and imagination that should puts into everything.

Jennifer Gagnon “Money Lady”

Controller

Jennifer Gagnon, is our Controller and handles all things financial for the company. She is one of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet, but don’t let that fool you because she is all business when it comes to the finances. Her attention to detail is bar none! Ensuring that our suppliers, and customers are taken care of. She takes care of it all, including us!

Dianna Boilard “Contadora”

Accounting/Cost Clerk

Dianna Boilard, is our Accounting/Cost Clerk and with her attention to detail, nothing gets by her. From invoicing to payroll, she takes care of the customers and the staff alike, making sure that all the i’s are dotted and the t’s crossed and no stone is left unturned. She is meticulous in taking care of every detail, even minor ones and with her incredible memory and organizational skills she is on top of everything. She is indeed our “Contadora”.

Kimberly Hurst “Kimmy”

Office Administrator

Kimberly Hurst, is your first point of contact at Shea Bros. From scheduling your appointment with the estimator, sending out your quote, and then coordinating your project, she has it all under control. No need to worry about filling out permit applications or ordering locates; she takes care of it all to make sure your entire experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Sedeem Najor “Sid the Kid”

Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator

Sedeem Najor, is our Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator and oversees all operations for both Shea Bros. Drainage and Shea Rock Construction. It is a tall order, but if anyone can handle it, Sid can. He graduated from the University of Windsor and uses his administrative and technical thinking in his role as Senior Project Manager, making sure that projects are monitored, followed through, and kept on target. His involvement starts at estimating and follows the project through to completion. Sid works to ensure our standards and ethics are maintained throughout the company as he leads us into a very bright future.

Sanim Mathew, Junior Esstimator

Junior Estimator

Sanim Mathew is the newest addition to the team. Digging in and learning the estimating trade from none other than our Senior Estimator extraordinaire, Sedeem Najor. Sanim has an extensive background in manufacturing, management, restoration, and customer service. Always ready, willing, and able to help out in any situation, he has made a fantastic contribution to our already outstanding team. We expect to see big things from this young man as he grows roots with us.

Rui Guerreiro, Superintendent

Rui Guerreiro is our Site Superintendent with almost 3 decades years of experience under his belt. He is out there all day every day making sure the crews have what they need to get the job done. His calm and relaxed demeanour has been known to bring escalating situations back down to earth, and problems are assessed and dealt with in a cool manner. He has been instrumental in the completion of projects big and small making sure all aspects of the projects are completed to the utmost satisfaction. He has been an invaluable addition to our Shea Bros. & Shea Rock Family. Rock on Rooster!!!

Dave Lambier “The David”

Supervisor

Dave Lambier is our Supervisor for Shea Bros. Drainage and has been with us for more than 14 years. His started his Shea Bros. experience as a general labourer, excelling to foreman, and has carried him to where he is now as a supervisor. Dave excels in projects where critical thinking is required. Dave has been recognized for creating a fantastic crew and is loved by not only us but our customers. He also holds the best BBQs for his crew every summer and is one of the best meat smokers in town.

Health and Safety Coordinator and Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Jackie McIntyre is the best Field Health & Safety Coordinator and Preventative Maintenance Coordinator we have ever had. She is the only one we know who could excel at both positions at once. Whether she is out in the field ensuring our crews are safe and have the appropriate gear, or she is in the office kicking butt getting us the certifications we need to reach our highest potential, she takes care of everyone and everything. She is known as Mom to the crews, and they look to her for guidance and answers. She is an exemplary employee who knows how to get stuff done, and then some.

Rob Mayville, Equipment and Shop Manager

Rob Mayville “MacGyver“

Equipment and Shop Manager

Rob Mayville has been with Shea Bros. Drainage and SheaRock since 2015. He started here as an equipment operator before moving into the shop and now the equipment manager role. He is our go to guy for just about everything. When we can’t find a tool or machine part for the job, well Rob just designs and builds it. He’s just that good. Rob digs in when extra hands are needed on deck to get our projects completed and is no stranger to getting down and dirty. He still enjoys operating equipment and passing on his knowledge. Rob’s also the funniest guy you will ever meet. We expect to see him in a one man show in Vegas after he retires from the trenches. When you have a problem to solve or need a laugh, he’s your guy!

Taylor Perron “The Rookie “

Licensed Shop Mechanic

Taylor Perron is our remarkable mechanic. No task is too big or too small for Taylor, he accepts them all equally and gets them done! Organized and detail oriented, he prioritizes tasks, following through to the end while improving efficiencies, and adhering to procedures. He knows that maintaining our machines and organizing the shop makes everyone’s work lives easier. He’s the bomb as well as a new dad to little Leon!
